Manufacturing in Mexico/U.S. border

The new commercial treaty between the United States, Mexico and Canada “USMCA” was executed on July 2020, before called North America Free Trade Agreement “NAFTA”, Mexico’s  “Contract Manufacture” / “Shelter Program”  and services is a unique way of doing business in Mexico/U.S. border and/or, other interior cities in the country.

America Reshoring

If our customers chooses to manufacture their products under “Contract Manufacture” / “Shelter Program”, they will operate under a legal Mexican entity by America Reshoring strategic partners. This entity will be the one providing the production building facility, hiring and paying their employees, paying the utilities and getting all the necessary permits and licenses needed, including importing the customer’s equipment, tooling, packaging, raw material, and will return the finish goods back to the U.S.

Our customers will still be in charge of their manufacturing production and quality, providing their own equipment, tooling, packaging, raw material, and control their processes and procedures, as others.

Risk & Liability

Operating under a “Contract Manufacture” / “Shelter Program”  allows our customers to benefit on manufacturing in Mexico/U.S. border without going through the legal complex process of setting up their own entity. For many U.S. or overseas companies, is the safest and fastest way to do business. The “Contract Manufacture” / “Shelter Program” is responsible to comply with all the Government Agencies in Mexico, minimizing our customers liability exposure.

Reduce Costs

By operating under a “Contract Manufacture” / “Shelter Program” our customers will save on labor, infrastructure, permits, license fees as other related costs. Many businesses save up to 50% on labor alone. Our customers will not have to spend as much on outside consulting and won’t need to hire HR, accounting, daily trade operations, payroll, recruiting and accounts payable as others.

Production Control

America Reshoring through a Mexican entity owned by our strategic partners, will be handling all the administrative tasks for our customer’s behalf, our customers will need to focus on their production/manufacturing and quality. They will have complete control over their processes and retain full intellectual property rights.

Start-Up

If our customers choose the“Contract Manufacture” / “Shelter Program” services, they can start production in between 90/120 days after closing the contract with our group as opposed to setting up a new legal entity, which can take 6 to 8 months plus additional time for setting their site location in place, labor work force, and other/s production needs. Our management administrative team will help our customers to start (on a fast track time) their production.

End of contract or Production Expansion

If our customers decides, after a period of time mutually agreed and contracted, that manufacturing in Mexico isn’t right for them, they will have the right to stop production and pull out, on the other hand, if our customers wants to expand their production, our Group will support their expansion and profitability.
